Hi Anshika,

As per my understanding,your smartform will display sales order details for a customer number.That means there is window for displaying customer details and another table in smatform for displaying sales orders under that customer.

Get the customer details into IT_KNA1

then collect the sales orders from VBAK for all entries in IT_KNA1 where KUNNR = it_KNA1-KUNNR.

loop through IT_KNA1 into wa_kna1

read IT_VBAK into it_vbak_fm with key kunnr = it_kna1-kunnr.

call smartform FM

exporting

wa_kna1= wa_kna1

tables

it_vbak = it_vbak_fm.

endloop.

For that 3rd screen shot error, it's looks like ADS is not configured in portal.

 

in ECC,run t-code SA38

specify program name FP_PDF_TEST_00

In selection screen it will be ADS

Just click on Execute

 

It should not give any error. If it's having error then ADS is not configured.

Dear,

 

Did you check the SPRO settings: SPRO--> IMG-->Plant Maintenance and Customer Service-->Work Clearance Management-->Catalogs-->Assign Catalog Types and Catalog Profiles

 

At this node , we can assign the catalog profiles to WCM objects.

 

Can you please share the screen shot of the same?

Hello,

 

You can try multiple things:

 

1. You can configure a mix amount under the MM - PO - Invoicing Plan - Invoicing Plan Types - Maintain Partial Invoicing Plan Type. This allows you to have a line item amount for the total amount of the plan, and then change the % to match the change for that month.

 

2. IF you want ot use a periodic invoicing plan type, then I believe you can change the line item amount when you want to make it different... so if its been 10,000 , change the item to 11,000 for that month it was 11,000 , and then back to 10,000 etc... OR add a new line item for that new month for the 11,000 and have it end for only 1 month.

Customer Payment History Report- Cash Discount

Customer Payment Report doesn't show cash discount for one particular period. Is there any other report that provides cash discounts given to customer for a particular period in the past. FBL5n doesn't help

Hi Bhanu,

 

Have you checked the config below?

 

Plant Maintenance and Customer Service - Work Clearance Management - Catalogs - Assign Catalog Types, List Type, and Catalog Profile

 

Here you can assign max two catalog type to WCM object. 

 

I have not explored it, so not sure whether this can satisfy your requirement.

Thanks Raman after mapping and activating the DS , it is throwing errors like

WCM Issue automate by user status.

Dear All,

 

Is it possible to automate permit issue based on user status. My permit level of issuance is 3 Maintenance Safety and Operations.

 

I have configured three user status one for each department. Once user selects Maintenance in user status automatically Maintenance level of permit should be issued.

 

Is there any standard configuration available to meet the requirement.

http error on ADSO data Preview - BW Modeling Tool

Hello Experts,

 

I have recently installed New BW Netweaver 740 SP13 on HANA 102 (ABAP Stack only) and BW Modeling Tools (BW-MT) 1.12.

 

Created a new dummy ADSO on BW-MT to test the ADSO data preview feature but unfortunately it is giving below error

 

This page can’t be displayed

  • Make sure the web address http://<hostname>.<domain>.com:8000 is correct.
  • Look for the page with your search engine.
  • Refresh the page in a few minutes.

 

1) I can see http service active in SMICM

2) I have http entry in Profile parameter

 

icm/server_port_0        PROT=HTTP,PORT=8000,TIMEOUT=600,PROCTIMEOUT=600

 

3) I am able to telnet the IP of host and Port 8000

4) Same error even if I use the link with IP address http://<IP Address>:8000

 

Did any of face such issue? Am I missing anything else?

You need to bring the key for Fiscal Month and use top N function ans use the value of N = 2.

We do not get any error in backend if we open work items and there are no dumps in ST22.

 

I am sorry to say, we have already checked everything whatever you said before raising this issue on SCN - it's just because we are clueless where the issue could be and we seek assistance here.

 

It looks like a connection issue if we check portal error logs but Basis guys also unable to see any issue with connections.

All JCo are working fine.

 

We are raising this issue with SAP Now.

Hi,

 

I got error when did Landscape verification "No detected product instances available for technical system TRD".

I installed Solution Manager 7.1 and EHP7 ECC6 SR2. When generate stack.xml for Solution manager is success, but when I generate stack.xml for EHP7 i got error "Successor installed for SUCCESSFACTORS HCM INTEGR 1.0  " and many warning.

 

Anyone can help, or I forget something?

Hi Jyothi ,

As you suggested me I made separate reports .

One from 0SD_C03 INFOCUBE AND ONE FROM 0FIAR_C03 INFOCUBE.

Now i cant find 07 region for customer no.40071 ,I am getting only 08 region ,key ,text and credit amount is coming as a total for  40071 for 08 region.

Thanks for your reply my sender is IDOC, i got one field values like 1,2,3,4,5.

 

in that field value 3 is there than my mapping will be executed other than 3 the mapping will not execute.

Adding to our discussion, it is basically transfer cost/price to Depot because you don't have any cost estimate in Depot Plant and also Mat having Pr Control V. As you have told multiple Plant may produce same material..it becomes difficult to derive the cost at depot level.

 

So..can you try to derive it from billing data/legal valuation in KEPC  as a transfer price?

"Access to cost estimate for transfer price"

 

Just a suggestion not sure will work or not
