I am able to create ASN.
But when i want to add serial number going via 'Show Details' this error occurs.
Error : You are not authorized to create an ASN with current MD
configuration
I got full access and still i face the same issue

Thanks for your reply. That was the first thing I thought about, too. But there are lot of red Icons beneath active DataSources.
Also there is a red icon beneath a DataSource which is similar to BI-Content and a red one beneath a DataSource which differs to BI-Content. So this is also not the answer.
Or is there a bug in the system?
By the way, does anybody know since when (e.g. SupportPackage) the icons appeared? System shown in screenshot is the only one I've seen those icons in SBIW.

Problem in the table maintainance generator of View J_3RFV_F4VERS
Hi All,
I have a problem with View J_3RFV_F4VERS (SAP standard table for ukraine).
Currently i am not able to change the entries in this View through SM30. Currently in the Table maintainance generator of this view "Standard recording Routine" is selected as Recording Routine.
But when i change this to "no, or user, recording Routine", i am able to change the entries of this view through SM30.
I would like to know the impact of selecting the alternative Recording Routine. Will it have any adverse impact? the table maintainance generator shouldnt display the transport request pop up.
Please throw some light on this issue.

Requirement was as follows:
- There were some open deliveries (around 550 deliveries) relating to last year, created by different ids.
- On 13th July 2014, all these deliveries were billed from single id within 17 minutes from 8 pm to 8:17 pm. And in all the invoices no acctg document was created.
- User is not able to recall what happened. There is no Z t.code to do mass invoicing.
- I checked the audit log of that user for 13th July 2014 specially between 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
- Strangely I found that VF01 was run only for 6 times on that id.
- So now my management wants to know how these open deliveries got invoiced.

This is only possible via archiving in transaction SARA for object MM_EINA, which is like using a sledgehammer to crack a nut.
Archiving is a process (and needs quite much skills and customizing) to keep records outside the normal table space for the time of retention and should not be used to delete occasional entry mistakes.

Aunque se que una forma es consultando la tabla KONP, en esta tabla no está la información de las fechas de vigencia de las condiciones.

And what does the log say?
Suppose you have a multiple condition step based on the value of container element X
and it can either be 1, 2, or 3
Now in the log you can see that value of X is empty or 4 or something else. Then the workflow will go in errror since it doesn't know which branch to take.
There is no easy answer for your issue, you have to delve in the workflow log along side the workflow definition to understand what has happened and how to fix it.
