Payroll issue on absences

Dear team

 

There is an issue when we run the payroll that

 

RAB :ABSENCES IN INACTIVE PERIOD FOR EMPLOYEES:

 

63002624 AND 63002796

 

These employees were on maternity leave 08.09.2014 to 07.11.2014 and there was leave of absence action run and again on 08.11.2014 return from leave of absence action was executed to make status active

 

Now when running the payroll there is a following issue .

 

Request to please help fix this as we are having monthly payroll run .

Restrict user to insert wrong WBS in MB1A

Hi,

 

We are processing Goods Issue thru T.Code MB1A with Mvt. Type 221 and Plant 1001.

 

While assigning the WBS element in it, insert wrong WBS with Diff. Plant 1002.

 

We want to restrict to user here...means If we insert the Plant 1001 in initial screen, then nobody insert another plant related WBS element in it...

 

Please guide...

Hi Kabil,

 

You can use the MODIF ID keyword and modify the screen accordingly AT SELECTION SCREEN OUTPUT. Please check the below example and I hope that you will find the content useful.

 

for. e.g.

Get method is not working

Hi all,

i have a requirement where i nedd display org data (service org id field)in Activity(customer inquiry), initiallly i tried to create getter- setter method but system through error that getter-setter already generated(because setter method was there). later i created getter method in context node class and declare signature and wrote code. but is not coming in current entity. here my concern is

1. same view and same fields are working in service order

2.data is there in setter method.

3.when i am selecting field from F4 in customer inquiry it's goes washout(field goes clear), but its working in service order.

 

please suggest solution.

Hi Lisbeth ,

 

1 Create Activity Type in KL01

 

2 Maintain Rate in KP26

 

3 Create Work Center & Assign the Activity type in  Work center's Costing Tab

 

4 Then Assign that work center in your Internal Activity (If you have single activity type the you can assign activity type in activity directly also below work center )

 

5 Then confirm the activity by CN25 ( Check the activity Type while confirming for reference )

 

6 Check your Confirmation by T code -CN48N & Check cost by T Code- KSB1 with reference to cost    center

To Include table type in Complex type in Gateway

Hi Experts,

 

I have created a entity which includes Pernr,first name, last name and country.

 

I have implemented get entityset method. Now I need to pass multiple values for country for a pernr means A pernr can have multiple values of country.

 

I thought to create a complex type for country attribute and assign a table type in it, but its not working.

 

Please Suggest.

Portal Performance Issue in Different Regions

Hi All,

 

Before coming to issue, i will explain my architecture

 

Browser  -> Load Balancer (Cisco Hw) -> SAP Webdispatcher (Reverse Proxy) -> Netweaver Portal (HA), SAP SRM (HA), SAP MDM (HA)

 

SAP Netweaver Portal : 7.3

SAP SRM : 7.01

SAP MDM : 7.1

SAP Webdispatcher : 7.1

 

Data Center Location : Australia - Melborne

 

Our application is enabled on internet and is accessible in Australia, US, EMEA Regions.

 

Currently we are facing performance issue in EMEA only, its taking 30 seconds to load the intial page. Internet Speed in EMEA is 10 MBPS. All other regions, its working fine.

 

All I want is find the root cause and origin of the issue of the issue. And also any tool which will help to find the issue. We have rollout for EMEA for next week and customer raised this as critical issue. Please help

i did all that you said. U were right. But have you any idea on why that happened?

Though I was comfortable using TBTCJOB than TBTCJOB_BK.

I am not sure on what they mean by 'TBTCJOB adding some more fields for SM37B/C' as a description of TBTCJOB_BK. Whats different about the SM37B/C?

No.. unfortunately i do not have a scenario for hang application.

 

It happens.. The application freeze for 5 or 10 seconds and then returns to normal operations.

and happens randomly for all users.

 

I do not have any log in xx:\users\%USERNAME%\appdata\local\sap\sap business one\log\...

 

The only info that i 've is this message that appear during the application freeze:

I try to do a new client installation on a TEST VM and not freeze happens during 2 days of test...
