Thanks for all your feedback.

Just to clarify what kind of user parameters i am looking for.

I need to find a way to set default values for MRP control parameters in MD01 and MD40 (Processing key, Schedule lines, etc.).  i thought that they might be affected by user parameters (System-User Profile - Own Data - Parameters), but i don't know for sure.

Also, i'm just a planning specialist, and unfortunately i do not have access to the programs you guys been advising me to go (same as nobody in my company has access to SQVI because of policy

Press F1 in the field Maint. status, you will get details about each words.

Here, each word means a user department.

It can same value for both field or may be differ for these two fields.

When you will maintain all views(which is selected for material type) for material master, then it will show you same value.

Dear SD Gurus,

 

The Configuration which Ensure the Correct Functionality of Customer hierarchy Already Exist in the System Which i am using, few Customer Hierarchies Already Exist in the System ( See Attached Screen Shot) i am Unable To Create my own, can any One Explain the Correct Steps?

i am using T-Code V-12....VD1HN and VD2HN

Try with REGEX statement.

 

REPLACE ALL OCCURRENCES OF REGEX '[^\d]' IN lv_alertmsg WITH ''.

lv_alertmsg will have only purchase order numbers.

Hello,

 

I can explain you this by an example of MT940 format which is an standard format available at the banks. There is a standard format available with technical details that what fields you have to configure in the SAP.

There is no specific user-exit for defaulting data into IW31, however I have mis-used IWO10005 (determination of profit ctr) before for this purpose.

 

In this user-exit you can use function module CO_IH_SET_HEADER to update the data.

 

Talk to your ABAP Team who should be able to help.

Hi All,

When i checked in Data Provisioning in HANA studio ,replication for a table (TEXT_CTY_EXPOS) has gone in ERROR state .

On finding the application logs from LTRC  i saw the following :

 

Z_TEXT_CTY_EXPOS_007: Run 0000000001 aborted due to SYSTEM FAILURE at 20140703 200017

Z_TEXT_CTY_EXPOS_007: User is locked. Please notify the person responsible

Execution of program /1CADMC/OLC_000000000010740 failed, return code 3

 

When i checked neither DMIS_RFC user nor the user in HANA are locked.The error is for a lot of tables.

I found a dump in ST22 :

 

Category               No Error

Runtime Errors         SYSTEM_CANCELED

Date and Time          30.06.2014 09:36:26

 

 

 

Information on where terminated

     Termination occurred in the ABAP program "/1CADMC/SAPLDMC000000000006894" - in

      "/1CADMC/OLC_000000000006894".

     The main program was "DMC_CALL_OLC ".

 

 

     In the source code you have the termination point in line 419

     of the (Include) program "/1CADMC/LDMC000000000006894U02".

     The program "/1CADMC/SAPLDMC000000000006894" was started as a background job.

     Job Name....... "/1LT/IUC_LOAD_MT_007_002"

 

 

Can you kindly assist here ?

Hi Nainesh,

 

Thanks for the message , yes system is up and running fine , the DB team did a restore of Production data  on Quality again , and i did the post refresh activities again , the issue what had happened last time was we were doing simultaneous refresh of two systems at a time , BI prod to BI qas and ECC prd to ECC qas , we had found a list of tables in BDLS which gets updated when we run BDLS and we run those tables only , unfortunately the files got exchanged , the ECC tables should have run on ECC machine and BI tables should have run on BI machine which didn't happen and it happened the other way round BI tables where run on ECC machine , due to which BDLS failed and the job got cancelled many times, which impacted the whole system conversion and logical update , which crashed the DB( i exactly don't know the reason what happened internally , still searching for it ) . At present the machine is up and running fine.

Hi Experts,

 

I have configured an action in system, wherein the alert is being triggered to the creator of the Task, in case the status of the task is set to I1005-Completed by some user who is not the creator of the task.

 

So for this I have configured the below condition in the action. I am checking the system status = I1005(Completed) and Created By(from CRMD_ORDERADM_H, CREATED_BY field) is not equal to %User Name%( I have taken the system field- UNAME- user Name).

 

But the action gets triggered also when the system user is equal to the creator(and status equal to completed) so somehow it is not checking the second condition.

 

Is there any other way of achieving this or am I missing something in this condition?

 

Could you please guide?

Hi,

 

My issue got resolved. First I undeployed the existing one (particular DC) from deployment perspective then build the DC and deploy it. Issue gets resolved. I was facing the issue with Webdynpro Java DC.

 

Creating a new DC is not the solution as sometimes there are lots of DC to be migrated and its not possible to create each time a new one.

Hi Nicol,

 

To set the Z Status Profile created you must assign it to the Transaction Type.In this case the Transaction Type is Service Order.

 

Follow the below steps to assign the Status Profile to the Transaction Type:

 

Goto SPRO->Customer Relationship Management->Transactions->Basic Settings->Define Transaction Types

 

Select the Transaction Type for which you want to set the Status Profile.

 

 

Click on Details button.

 

Under Profiles you can assign the Z Status Profile created corresponding to the Status Profile field.

Add another field into a new condition table that uses a field from the material master, material groups, ext. material grouop, etc.  Note I assume there would be something "specific" about these materials, for example type, colour, grade, etc.

Dear Gurus,

 

We are having problems while updating Telephone,Fax in Vendor master. There are no problems while executing the program in online mode. But in batch mode , its not updating.  My attempt to update via BAPI_ADDRSSORG_CHANGE was not satisfactory as update is happening but, only ADRC table is getting updated and not LFA1. Kindly help me solve this issue.
