Issue:
You are trying to add a Travel Assistant,the system is giving an error as follows:
"You are not authorized to access UI application /BYD_ODT/ME/ODT_ASSIGN_ASSIST_QAF.

 

Steps to reproduce:
1.Go to Personalize.
2.Go to "My assistant" view.
3.Click on Add.
4.Give tha assistant details and click on ok.

 

Solution:
The issue occured as Business Role ID /SAP/ODT/GENERIC is not assigned to the user.
The Business role ID */SAP/ODT/GENERIC* contains the view ODT_ME_WCVIEW which in turn grants the access rights for 'Personalize -> My Travel Assistant'.

 

You can assign the role to User by following steps:

1.Go to "Application & User Management"
2.Go to User & Access Management>Business users.
3.Find *Vignesh Kumar*
4.Select the User ID.
5.Click on Edit>Access rights.
6.Under Business Role Assignment ,Find Business role ID */SAP/ODT/GENERIC*

Hi,

 

When I'm trying to delete attachments from Various folder under linked objects in dispute case, below error message is displayed.

Linked objects screen shot is attached for your kind reference.

 

Please help.

 

You cannot change this system node manually

Message no. UDM_MSG015

Diagnosis

You are trying to change, add or delete an object in a record node that, according to the record model, is reserved for the system.

This object should only be changed by the system and not manually.

System Response

The action is not permitted.

Procedure

Use objects and records nodes from the customer area for your changes.

Yes I have used connectTest.bat file to see if Agentry is connecting with SAP system.

 

I have correctly mentioned the client and system number.

 

CLIENT=000 and SYSNUM=00 is just put as an example.

actually we have February, and your report is from 01.01.2014 to 31.01.2014.

the value shown as end value in the report equals to the current value from your material master accounting view.

But your previous period (01/2014) shows 0 stock and 0  value .

I assume that December 2013 is period 01/2014 in your system. And January 2014 is period 02/2014.

The problem that we used the NewDB Repository and when i run the command, i have a permission denied

 

echo "exit(0)" > server/HanaHwCheck.py && ./hdbsetup

bash: server/HanaHwCheck.py: permission denied

I developed a LSMW (Batch Input) for creating Equipment.

I used these standard attributes for my LSMW

ANSDT(Acquisition date) - CONVERT_DATE_TO_INTERNAL

TPLNR (Functional Location) - CONVERSION_EXIT_TPLNR_OUTPUT
INBDT (Start-up date) - CONVERT_DATE_TO_INTERNAL

 

 

Is it because of Acquisition date?
What is the importance of Acquisition date?
How does relationship between material and Equipments maintained internally(how is it maintained using SPRO Config settings)?
Does every Equipment should have a configurable material? (which is maintained in configuration tab )

Any help on this would be very helpful.

Hi Rama,

 

You can try deleting the BSP messages by trying out this method.

 

lr_msgsrv->delete_bsp_messages( iv_condition = cl_bsp_wd_view_controller=>CO_CANCEL_EVENT_PREFIX).

Condition is on the termination events. I hope this helps.

you should be able to add them in the change layout.

 

search for "case" to find the dispute number for example.

 

If you cannot find it, please refer to OSS there is a note that details how you update the standard RFPOS structure to include dispute data.

 

I assume you have activate Dispute Management.

Hello,

 

Say, when a PO is created and successfully transferred to SNC, material X in the PO was having means of transport as 0001(Truck). This information was successfully present in the PO in SNC.

 

However, later on this means of transport was updated to 0003(AIR) for the material X.

 

The subsequent change of the means of transport from 0001 to 0003 is not automatically updated for material X in the PO. This data inconsistency leads to validation failures in some scenarios.

 

Is there a way/trigger to enable the automatic update of PO when the means of transport is changed/updated for the material?

I have seen some screnio Object is restricted both avriables

like same object 2 variables 1 is ready for input as manual entry same object again authorization variable  not ready for input.

 

waht is advantage to use like this?

Hi Kamal,

 

Whenever if you want to import IDOC or RFC from ECC system we will goto this option.

 

Suppose if you want to do file to IDOC interface in SAP PI. we have to import IDOC into PI. So, in this case will go for Import Objects.

 

There you will give the system details like application server and system number of that system.

 

SUppose you want to import IDOC from ECC1 system. You have to give application server and system Number of that ECC1.

 

These details you will get from your basis team or ask the ABAPER.. he will provide to you..
