As of my requirement i have to add two extra field like customer and customer name in standard QM15 report...
so i want to know how to add this two fields in this standard fieldcatlog...

Yes, I have created new workbooks using the same query. I have one equation in a second sheet (W1) which is: =Q1!A24 ,and it changes to: =Q1!#REF! when I execute the query in Q1 with "No applicable data results".

I saw two SAP notes that mention this problem (error message AA 378 and error message AA 379). Your problema is maybe a program problem.

I agree with Jim. As long as you haven't recorded the maximum allowed (calculated), the MIC will not be automatically closed. The system doesn't know if you intend to record more results or not.
Once you have recorded the number of results equal to the calculated number allowed, then the system can automatically close the MIC as by definition of using smaller scope you cannot record MORE than the calculated amount.
So while yes.. you can use smaller scope for automatic valuation, that is dependent on the user recording the full number or results allowed. Until that point, you have to manually close the MIC. But by using the smaller scope setting, the system lets that happen without an error and doesn't require a force close on the MIC.

INTERN_MATLO instead of 9ALOCNO
Hello,
I am using the BAPI - BAPI_PBSRVAPS_GETDETAIL2 to fetch keyfigure details for a SNP planning book .
And i am passing the following paramters.
PLANNINGBOOK = 9ACTM02
DATA_VIEW = CTM02(1)
PERIOD_TYPE = 'A'
DATE_FROM = 20131128
DATE_TO = 20131129
SELECTION = 9AMATNR I EQ 123456
9ALOCNO I EQ 1000
GROUP_BY = 9AMATNR
When i ran the BAPI, i get two entries in CHARACTERISTICS_COMBINATION table like below..
CHAR_COMB_ID CHARACTERISTIC_NAME CHARACTERISTIC_VALUE
1 |9AMATNR |123456
1 |INTERN_MATLO |
I have two questions on the above result i received.
1. for location, i was expecting the CHARACTERIC_NAME as 9ALOCNO instead of INTERN_MATLO. Why am i getting 'INTERN_MATLO' ?
2 . And for the location i was expecting value as 1000. But it has a blank value.
Would appriciate if you could help passing the correct parameters to get the desired result here.
Please note, when i run this BAPI for a DP planning book i get expected result in CHARACTERISTICS_COMBINATION table
as below..
1 9AMATNR 123456
1 9ALOCNO 1000.

Based on the infomration provided by you i have simulated the scenario 2 and i am getting the result as expected using LM05, Please have a look on the attached screen shot and the sequece followed by me, Please have a look and let me know if the sequence is correct or not also check the setting in your system if you are still having the issue then shre the screen with transactional data will try to simulate based on that.

Hi Atul, Please check if there is any product_mat BDOC failed using T-code SMW01.
You may reproduce the issue by creating a request using T-code R3AR2, object - Material, table - Mara and then check the Bdoc - PRODUCT_MAT.
If no BDOCs are generated, please remove all the middleware filters, do above request and then check the same BDOC. Please post the BDOC error message.

HCM P&F - Write Authorization to Infotype
Hi Gurus,
I have developed a process with 3 steps i.e., Initiator, Manager and HR Admin. Created a rule for checking Step i.e., Check_Stage. so that actual Updation takes place in HR_Admin step. Rule is FORM_SCENARIO_STAGE = HR_Admin and assigned same for corresponding IT operation.
My issue is When Manager(Manager Step) opens UWL and Checks, why program checks for Write Authorization to IT.
Can I use Send Variation = 'B' Do not save (tolerate errors), but looks like this will tolerate other custom validations also I believe?
Generally Managers are not given Write to but Reading of IT.
Could you please guide me how to avoid the write to Authorization error in Manager step.
