How to bring text to hierarchy

Dear All,

 

   I have created 3 calculated  columns in attribute views using string function .

and build an level hierarchy using that calculated column .

 

How i want to bring text to the hierarchy .

 

Table used:

MVKE

 

field :

PRODH

 

Total length of PRODH is 18

i have taken first 5 char as level 1 , next 5 char as level 2 and remaining 10 char as level 3

 

and created hierarchy .

 

for text i have to pass level 1, level 2 and level 3 individually to table T179T and to get VTEXT

 

How i want to show hierarchy along text.

 

If any one have some idea how to proceed kindly suggest me .

Hi Shalini,

 

Try creating duplicate IDT in same repository and create new security for the duplicate IDT, save it.

Then you will find the row level security that u created for main IDT will be enable and then you can edit the security. And then you can delete the copy of IDT from repository.

 

Every time you have repeat the same process whenever you want to edit the IDT row level security.

Hi Rachit,

 

You don't need to place those files in EPS/In directory, Just maintain the downloaded files and xml file 

in one directory and give the path of the xml location when sum prompts as shown below SUM.jpg

 

 

I am stuck in the same situation, trying to update Basis(KB74008.SAR) and Aba (KA74008.SAR) packages from SUM (latest version) and copy the .SAR file in EPS/in and try to upload the same in SUM, and getting the error: Incorrect input; provide the correct path to the directory.

HANA Studio Error Message

Hi,

 

I am using SAP B1 For HANA ver 9.0 PL14

 

After Upgraded to PL14 my Hana Studio Always show error message in red as show in attachment, but I still can use it normally. Any info what kind of error is it ? and how to fix that.

Re: Is there a way to remove the change action from leave overview component. Currently if we have to change or delete leave , both options are shown.the req is to restrict users from changing the leaves. Component configuration has both actions added.

Hi Lee,

 

Do you want to remove the CHANGE button for all users? If so, open application in admin mode and set visibility property of button

I don't think it's your roles, but here is what I have for the Persona Roles:

You should be ok if you have assigned the ADMIN_ROLE to your user and assigned your user to the system.   I do agree with Tamas that you should be using the fully qualified domain name instead of the IP address.  I've had some problem with mixing these two.  Please let me know if you need any further screenshots.

Hi ALL,

 

I am trying to Establish SOA service connection from SAP Auto-ID Infrastructure (SAP AII) to ERP system

 

Below what the config doc says:

.

In the SAP AII system, call transaction SOAMANAGER (SOA Management) and select consumer proxy with external name HandlingUnitERPLogisticsAreaChangeRequestConfirmation_Out in name space http://sap.com//xi/ain/global.

Under this consumer proxy, create a logical port as the default port to connect the SAP AII system with the WM SOA service /sap/bc/srt/xip/sap/ecc_handlinguniterplareachg_rc on the ERP system.

 

This is a point to point service. I could see this service in ESR  under http://sap.com//xi/ain/global.

 

My query .

 

1- How to get the wsdl URL for this service , which I need to provide during logical port creation??

2- Any  scenario config required in Integration builder??

I have tried in the foreground and it just goes immediately to 'enter scheduling type'

I am now wondering if the scheduling type for the network type in my script, if it is different from that in configuration, if this is making the difference.

I think the scheduling type in config may be 'backwards' for the network type

Do you think this may cause an error?

Approval procedure will work only for marketing documents not for BP master data. You can block changes by transaction notification.
