Unable to assign the plant code to Controlling area.

Hi  Experts,

I have maintained company code JS01  and Created controlling  area JSCA with required Chart of accounts and fiscal variant, currency. my problem is when iam tring to assign company code JS01 to controlling area JSCA , message is coming No values found when i try to select( JS01 for asssignmen) using F4 Option. whereas company code JS01 is available with F4 Option while assing plants(J100,J200) to company code(JS01).

Please guide me where iam doing the mistake.
