Have you tried to use ShortName instead of AccountCode (or both)? I understand that it worked with AccountCode but DI help clearly states that: "Mandatory fields in SAP Business One: ShortName, and Credit or Debit, . ". There are also some threads regarding this error message that suggest to use ShortName property.
