CAL BW Hana System status "undefined"

Hi Community,

I started the trial of the BW 7.4 on HANA 1.0 SP7 instance in CAL using AWS as cloud provider and after several hours the instance not complete the active status, remains in "undefined" status, as shown:

How bring this instance to active status?, is required to start the instance manually inside of the virtual node?, How I know that the server provisioning was completed?

Please advice, thanks in advance.
