We have done it by mapping the category schema to Subject profile, and used that subject profile in action profile as Schedule/Start condition .
- For that Assign your user with IC MANAGER manager bysiness role from Tcode PPOMA_CRM & login to WebUi with this new role.
- Search Categorozisation Schema & create new Category Hierarchy to map it to Subject Profile which you are already using it and in the schema Hierarchy add the Category ID with same name/no as Code group which should be mapped to Code/Catalog/Code group.
- Once Subject Code group is mapped to Category schema, gor back to Action profile condition and now you can add the schedule condition mapped which is mapped category_id and accodingly email notif will be triggered to the respective business partner..
