Re: Automatic Process order type not picking in CR01

Hi Vamsi,

If production schedular is maintained in material master then when you try to create order in COR1 Material and plant is sufficient to enter, system will automatcially pick the order type from the production schedular config. This is standard. If production schedular is not maintained in material master then order type is mandatory entry in COR1.

Please check below points:

1. Creation of Production Scheduling Profile in CORY and assign new order type
2. Creation of Production Schedular in CORU and assign production scheduling profile
3. Assign newly created production schedular in material master workscheduling view.
4. Now create order in COR1 with Material number and plant, system should automatically pick the new order type.
