500 Internal Server Error - Compensation Information

Hello Everyone,

  

    We have Compensation Information (Pages) is not working all of a sudden. ( pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/line_manager/com.sap.pct.erp.mss.bp_folder/com.sap.pct.erp.mss.pages/com.sap.pct.erp.mss.hcm/com.sap.pct.erp.mss.compensation._information). We are EHP4 and it is not working.  Please help!

 

I have gone through this document and does this mean I have to re-done all of it.

 

 

My portal admin gave me super admin role but I can not see below path under Employees profile -> FMP application-> ?? ( Does this mean our portal admin has to install BP?

 

Portal Content -> Content provided by Sap -> srvconfig-> com.sap.pct.erp.srvconfig.mss->Employee profile-> FPM applications.

 

Error -

 

500   Internal Server Error
SAP NetWeaver Application Server 7.00/Java AS 7.00

Root Cause

The initial exception that caused the request to fail, was:

 

 

   java.lang.NullPointerException

    at com.sap.xss.hr.eeprofile.salarydata.vac.SalaryDataView.wdDoModifyView(SalaryDataView.java:156)
    at com.sap.xss.hr.eeprofile.salarydata.vac.wdp.InternalSalaryDataView.wdDoModifyView(InternalSalaryDataView.java:937)
    at com.sap.tc.webdynpro.progmodel.generation.DelegatingView.doModifyView(DelegatingView.java:78)
    at com.sap.tc.webdynpro.progmodel.view.View.modifyView(View.java:337)
    at com.sap.tc.webdynpro.clientserver.cal.ClientComponent.doModifyView(ClientComponent.java:481)

FYI- Create a new FPM-View

Before we can start with the necessary FPM configuration we have to assign our user in the portal the role Self-Service Administrator

 

(pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/specialist/com.sap.pct.erp.srvadmin.bp_folder/com.sap.pct.erp.srvadmin.roles/com.sap.pct.erp.srvadmin.SRVAdministrator)

 

§  If you want to view Self-Service Admin (SSA), you will have to ask your server support /admin to deploy Self-Service Admin package in line with other BP SP.

Then you will be able to view (SSA) @

Hi,

 

1) Right click the function under datastore and import function by name

2) In the query transform right click the output schema and select 'New Function Call'. Follow the instructions in the window to pass the IN and OUT parameters.

Field observations in Appraisal Document

Dear experts.

 

I have the following doubt:

 

In the appraisal document is requiered that the appraiser can add more observations fields(field inclosed in the box red), our requirement is that exist a button "Add" for put more observations and to get and history of the observations.

 

 

Is posible do this?

I am using the option:

 

  • Note Can No Longer Be Changed
    Every participant can read, but not change, a note written by another participant. A field for entering a note is available for every participant.

Using this option the system allow change the commentaries created by the appraiser in the same status  and not allow modify the comment when the  status of the appraisal document changes.

 

However I need that in the same status the commentaries not can be changed.

Hi Anagha.

+ Check if you  customize correctly the version V_T442C

   - year 2013

  - mrp

   - schedule level 1 (i guess you have detail scheduling)

 

+ Chech the customizing of your planned orders. Schedule is a must.

+ Check your Planned Orders have the scheduling tab after run MRP

 

 

After run KSPP, you can see the schedule activity en KP26.

In that case, the issue is Gateway side. You miss some setting.

Go to transaction /IWFND/ERROR_LOG. You can check call stack, set a break point and debug.

 

Other possibility is that you set wrong value for system alias.

Go to transaction /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE. Select the service ZLEAVEREQUEST, and call Gateway Client.

Test oData calls. Probably you will get an error. Double check the system alias setting.

Production settlement variance postings

Hello

 

You cannot do a variance wise posting to FI. The posting to FI will only be with one GL i.e. Production variance. However in reports for cost plan actual comparison you can view the different variances.

 

The variance wise posting can only be done to COPA.

Thank you for replying. I have not given any Profit Centre on Cost Centre Master Data therefore i do not think so that segment is deriving from any cost centre....

If both PO Qty are same then take one restriction of Infoprovider. Otherwise both are having different records then no issues with restrictions of Infoproviders?

Error faced in adding ABAP for eclipse in HANA studio,  I am adding ABAP for ecplpse 2.7 but facing this message:-

 

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.

  Software being installed: ABAP Connectivity and Integration Development Tools 1.0.4 (com.sap.adt.pitools.tlf.feature.group 1.0.4)

  Missing requirement: Enterprise Service Development Tools in ABAP 1.0.4 (com.sap.adt.pitools.feature.group 1.0.4) requires 'org.eclipse.graphiti.feature.feature.group [0.9.0,1.0.0)' but it could not be found

  Cannot satisfy dependency:

    From: Scenario based Connectivity and Configuration Tools in ABAP 1.0.4 (com.sap.adt.pitools.npm.feature.group 1.0.4)

    To: com.sap.adt.pitools.feature.group [1.0.0,2.0.0)

  Cannot satisfy dependency:

Check what are the decimals for your currency in TCURX table. This is the main reason for your issue.

 

Just put value as 2 in TCURX table for HUF currency. This will resolve your issue. No formula is required.

 

How to put value:

 

SPRO-->SAP Netweaver-->general Settings-->Currencies-->Set Decimal Places for Currencies-->Put value as 2 for HUF-->Save it

 

Come back to query and run it..

Hi

You can use the followng FM/BAPI to read the full detail of your message.

 

BAPI_MESSAGE_GETDETAIL.

 

You can try in SE37 and executing .... by passing the parameters.

 

In your case,   Pass the following parameters:

 

ID              = VF

Number     = 069

Language  = 'EN'

Format      = 'EN'

 

It will return message text  -

 

Document is incomplete so billing cannot be carried out
