Are you doing anything in the BW backend on the hierarchy?
also you don't need to include ENTITY dimension when you transport every time.
if you don't have much data in QA then you can try Harsha's suggestion, delete the whole environment then transport from dev again.
what is your BPC patch level?

Hi David,
setting account type will help you to sum up to the correct total at the parent level, and this is what account type is mainly used for.
why do you want some account to be INC?
your focus should be get the sum at parent node to the value you want, then adjust INC or EXP, then you worry about credit positive or negative.
every company reporting differently, so some income account in the business doesn't means you have to have those acctype as INC.

We have a issue with Fire fighter ID Validity date.
We have restrict the validity date for 5 days to Firefighter id in
Configuration parameter ID 4001 to 4 days , but while requesting the
firefighter access, firefighter user can change the validity date
(validity from to validity to in Access request) as many days as he
wants.
Kindly let us know is there any configuration settings to restrict
strictly for 5 days validity.
As part of SAP GRC 10.1 implementation, We have configured Emergency
access Management (EAM) module such that default validity period for
all EAM access requests is set to 5 days (Default Firefighter Validity
Period (Days - Parameter ID : 4001 in SPRO). However we have seen a
scenario where one of the end user requested EAM access for 8 days by
changing the validity date as part of the submission process. Is there
a way to restrict that happening from? End users should not be able to
modify validity date. Is there a standard mechanism/configuration to
implement this.

I have a requirement to edit already created Delivery ( not PGIed yet ) using IDOC to update qty and move balanced qty to a new delivery .
For example it item 10 has 100 qty , change item 10 with 50 and move next 50 quantity to a new delivery document to be created internally using some enhancements . While program is creating a new delivery with balance quantity , is there a way to lock the overall quantity so that no one else can consume it while new delivery is being created ?
Note : Subsequent delivery split functionality we have tested but for some complicated scenarios , the standard BAPI is giving challenges . So planning to use change idoc to perform updates and create new delivery whenever required based on certain business rules .

When using the SAP Fiori Client 1.6.2 on Android 6.0.2 (on Samsung S7)
trying to connect to Fiori URL on the Gateway system we receive message as below:
"The URL cannot be reached." Please check the URL and make sure you have a network connection.
The URL works on:
Connection to the Netweaver Gateway System is via Web Dispatcher and SAML2 authentication is configured using ADFS.
The same error occurs when SAML2 is NOT configured.
Has anyone met this situation before?

I ask the operators to record the physical movements for the shift on a manual tracking sheet. I then look in LT22 for storage type 005 (general warehouse), confirmation status - only confirmed TO items, Reference storage type - Destination and then search for the date range required.
The figures i get from LT22 vary greatly from what is recorded physically.

okay, so lets go through all the steps, because you are running a windows remote cluster you should be able to do these steps
in one dos window, start db and cluster
start_db.bat
start_node.bat node1
then in another dos window start the interactive clusteradmin

If your windows is using OS authentication, then if your windows login is Jan123, then Jan123 must created as a user in the clusteradmin

I have an SQL query that works great. It does an outer join on several tables to allow one of our partners to manage their rates in our Affiliate Portal.
As you can see in the attached screenshot, the last column on the right is 'Rate Rank'. I want to be able to show the affiliate where they rank relative to other affiliates for this particular city pair as 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. when multiple affiliates have rates for the same trip. You may have seen something similar in some RFP products where as you enter your rate, you can see your rank relative to your competitors rank, but all you know is your rank.
I need some way to hit the database and using the key fields, get the value of "ft_affiliate_rate_staged.ar_total_from_airport" along with the affiliate's identifier (sp_id), and then sort and rank the current affiliate's rate compared to any others found in the database.
So if the current affiliate has a rate of $100.00 and there are a total of three affiliates that have a rate with the others coming in at $80.00 and $120.00, the current affiliate would see their rate rank as 2.
The important part of the key, I think, is FT_AFFILIATE_RATE_STAGED.A_IDENTITY and FT_AFFILIATE_RATE_STAGED.B_IDENTITY. That essentially defines the trip (e.g., Ann Arbor, MI to/from airport DTW). Other important parts of the key are vehicle type (because an affiliate can have different rates for different vehicle types (FT_AFFILIATE_RATE_STAGED.VEHICLE_TYPE) and sp_id (FT_AFFILIATE_RATE_STAGED.SP_ID) which indicates the affiliate whose rates are currently being displayed.
I want this to be fast as we might be displaying hundreds of rows in the datawindow.
Can someone kindly suggest an approach to getting this done (painless as possible, please).
I know I can write a function to do this with an NVO DW and simply and change ft_affiliate_rate_staged.ar_rate_rank to a computed field and call it there. My concern is that it might not be very fast.
