We have an open ticket about MAPI and never heard of this setting. According to SAP, with "them" it all works fine, is what we got so far.
I am sorry I misread your request. You are using a dropdownlistbox, not a dropdowndatawindow.
The limitations of dropdownlistboxes are that you don't have data and display columns like dropdowndatawindows, so you don't easily know what the user has chosen. In your solution you need to get the text the user has chosen in the list box and do a Find in the dept datawinddow. OR
Replace the ddlb with a datawindow:.
in script:
dw_dept.SetTransObjact ( SQLCA)
dw_dept.Insertrow(0)
in dw_dept itemchanged event
data argument is the chosen deptid
if you want the chosen deptid from somewhere else remember to accepttext() before GetItemNumber ( 1 , 'deptid)

There are several business reason why you could need to have an overlapping between two operations: for example, the second operation can be started even when the first operation has not been completed.
The overlapping is maintained in the routing (CA02). Click twice in the operation and you will find the Overlapping indicator. Flag this indicator and enter the overlap time and ahead quantity.

LAM is amn extension of all o fthe previously existing PM/EAM processes. For example, if you have a process called maintenance works management or if you have a process called master data management, these will not be impacted at the process level. The impact will be at the transactional level by which the transactions like orders, measurement document creation will have additional functionality.

There is no authorization object in standard to restrict access of this view. You can only restrict the user from creating banks, see 1901024 - How to stop user to create Bank Data In T-code: XK01/FK01/XK02/FK02/XD01/FD01/XD02/FD02
You may have to consider to use screen/transaction variant (transaction SHD0) to hide this view, or you create a custom authorization

You can control the sequence of your operations at the Confirmation.
Go to t-code OPK4, and check the options that you have for Operation Sequence.
Check of operation sequence in order
Defines whether a system message is to be issued when the operation sequence is not adhered to and if so, which type of message. This key only applies to confirmations at operation level.
Dependencies
To find out whether the operation sequence has been adhered to, the following checks are carried out: Have preceding operations already been confirmed? Does the confirmed yield from the preceding operations exceed the total confirmed quantity of the operation to be confirmed?
Note that for planning, the operations are always plan in sequence, except you have overlapping or an alternative sequence.

Hi experts,
I am facing issue with MDG FI.
When the G/L Account is completed and approved in NWBC MDGF, (the workflow is done without issues), but the data no were replicated from MDG tables in to ECC (fs00).
I did the the activities from this documents but, the issue continues.

We noticed the certain accounts are the cause for the error message. These accounts do not have a customer or vendor account assigned. Is there a solution to this issue?
1 - According to your initial Query, your problem has now been resolved since you can now see your Benefit Plans in pa30. For the benefit of all users, please mention how you were able to solve your initial query and then close this thread.
2 - You should create a new query whose subject would be "Benefit Plans not showing in Fiori App", and mention how you configured your app, so that someone familiar with that part of the configuration could notice your thread an help you.

First of all, try not to do any other activities on you computer after you started tracing in Fiddler.
Then after you stopped the trace you should see a few records with your user ID. Click on each of them and it will show how long it ran.
When you find the longest it will show from where it was sent and to where.

Looking outside the square... and I am not really serious, but in them olde days people had letterhead stationary... The users could pre-print their word document and shove it in the letterhead tray of their printer... That obviously wont work from pdf'ing without rescanning, so
inside the square and as Christopher is suggesting: create a background image which the user can change/override and reference it in background in datawindow.

If you are experiencing a behavior of the screen sliding from one side to the other and stopping in the middle of the screen when opening the list of journals then this behavior should be fixed within the BPC 10.1 NW SP08 release.

You may check note 1446253 question 6.
You need to replicate products from ECC to CRM.
Same for BP/customer in actual fact.
The most commonly used scenario is to create ERP quotation from Opportunity.
If the product or BP is not replicated to CRM which means, the products and BPs in Opportunity only exist in CRM, then the copy from Opportunity to ERP quotation will fail.
This is the major impact.
As a result, you need to replicate the products to CRM though you can now enter the product ID in ERP quotation w/o any problem yet.
