How to change the java run-time environment, to launch the Enterprise Service Builder
I have created an integration process based on the on the link shared by Raghuraman Sritharan...Demonstration of ccBPM Scenario: SAP PI 7.1
While opening that integration process getting the following error...
This function should be called while holding treeLock
Now, the solution that is given to me is to install the java 1.7 jdk and jre. Currently when I execute the enterprise service builder it launches it but with the java RE version 1.8.
So my question is: How to change the java run-time environment, to launch the Enterprise Service Builder ??

Hi,
There is a possibility that the data you are trying to send to the destination is not in the expected format or maybe some details are missing in the header which is expected by the receiver.
Please check on the requirements with the receiver system and get a confirmation if any further configuration is needed.

If we do a big data analysis on those who put those questions, surely they will be under 2yrs experience, when all doors are closed and dont have idea on how to google SCN or dont have a SMP ID,
not knowing where to go, when their project seniors are jus like them but tagged with 5yrs of SAP Experience but only excel in MS Excel & getting to know how to lead the team not SAP.
I dont think people go thru forums for spoonfeed on how to use their smartphones, how to drive car, how to buy online, they do, cause they are passionate about them, same applies how passionate are they about ERP, SAP, WORKDAY, ORACLE & where ERP is going and driving them.
In the era of Cloud based ERP's, if you still depend on Forums, better try driving a CYCLE rather than CAR with 80mph.

It is happening because the same name in multiple group. So both same name can't be in source and target.
The only way is to have at least some difference in the name of BS like _D for dev and _Q for qa or any slight difference in the name.

I haven't seen this behaviour myself, but there is an easy way of avoiding it - detach the Excel Import extension before you check in the model. Your 'Excel Import' objects will all change the 'Extended Objects' when you do this, but that won't do any harm, just re-attach the extension whenever you need to.
Have you embedded the extension into the model, or is it attached via an external file? Whichever you're doing, you could try the opposite. In the Browser, you can tell whether or not the extension is embedded. In the example below, the Excel Import extension is not embedded, as indicated by the shortcut arrow on the symbol. The other extension is embedded in the model.
Whatever happens, raise a support case with SAP.

I still think there is a little piece of information missing in the document or I didn't get it how to do it.
1st ICO is clear: it's the communication from SOAP_OutSync to File_InSync.
2nd ICO handles the FileRespone message created with help of the several beans. Here we use the File_OutAsync as sender (shown on pages 24-26) but then the document stops and says nothing about the receiver configuration SOAP_InAsync.
How do I have to configure the SOAP adapter of this receiver ?

Once you feel that configuration is proper then you can execute below reports to correct the leave balances, Make sure that configuration is proper.

I understand that it would be a great help for you, but at the moment there is not much chance to have a debugging environment for triggers delivered. The reason is that MaxDB mainly runs in an SAP environment and - apart from the new SAP kernel release 750 - SAP does not use database triggers there, so this was never a feature on our list with high priority...

Please check if SDM is running or not using below commad :-
sapcontrol -nr <sysnr> -function J2EEGetProcessList
if its not running please start SDM from /usr/sap/<SID>/DVEBMGS<NR>/SDM/program/StartServer.bat
even after that SDM is not starting, then please check the logs at /usr/sap/<SID>/DVEBMGS<NR>/SDM/program/logs.

Hi Vignesh, since not familiar with the concrete landscape/scenario - would suggest doing the following: 1. create a brand new Business Object(e.g.BO); 2. under the newly created "BO" create an operation(op); 3. tag the target iview to the "op"; be sure the iview in question is under a Portal Role assigned to the user(e.g."UserA") that will later trigger the portal navigation; 4. depending on the version of SAP Netweaver(7.0x or 7.3x): 4.1.1. if on 7.0x: in portal navigate to role "System Administration"" -> Support -> Web dynpro OBN source -> OBN source 4.1.2. if on 7.3x: in portal through "User Administration" role - assign to "UserA" the role with name "support_admin_role" and save the changes; re-logon to the portal with "UserA"; then navigate through "Support" role -> "Investigateion Tools" in top level navigation -> OBN Tools -> OBN Source; thus you'll get to an 'OBN Source iview/application' from where you could trigger the OBN navigation; for the latter fill all relevant data for the BO and test the navigation with the relevant user (who has the needed roles assigned); also please note that once entered the BO data prior to starting the navigation - to press the button("Show OBN URL" in 7.0x version or "Update OBN URL" in 7.3x) so that the buisiness object URL gets resolved; then trigger the navigation; if OBN data is filled correctly these steps should lead you to the desired target iview/application; if this is the case most probably in your scenario the source application/iview does not call the desired OBN in a proper way; then you'll have to re-check both BO configuration details and if the button mentioned is calling the proper BO(business object - name,alias,operation,params,etc.); for this you might use an http traffic sniffer software,e.g. HttpWatch,Fiddler to catch up the OBN calls in both "working"(as of the steps above) and the "non-working"(your scenario); then compare both obn calls, fix any misconfiguration and retry navigation; For more detailed informaiton/explanations regarding OBN please visit an OBN wiki page: http://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/EP/Object+Based+Navigation+-+OBN+Wiki where watch out for the paragraphs: "OBN - Terms", "OBN - Tests at Runtime", "OBN - NW 7.3"(in case of 7.3x version); Hope this helps. you need to mark the condition as negative.
check if you have not marked this condition as STATIC in the pricing procedure.
you can use the new condition with condition type A and calc type A ,
create the account key and asign it in the pricing procedure then do the rest config as you described.

You need to know that is there another T-Code that used in Revenue account determination ? aren't you? ..
as far as my knowledge that VKOA is the right place to determine the revenue GL while posting invoice from SD to FI.. you may check as per above experts advice to use user exist or substitution to try to override the GL determined in SD by another one when posting to FI?
in my opinion VKOA has a wide possibility you can use when you configure this transaction to determine GL to post in FI..
