how to get the programs and Settings back in HCP Trail account
Hi All.
I am using the HCP Trail account from last 6 months.
Today for some reason I reset my password .. but I have lost all programs and Settings work I did there.
Can someone help me how to get back the data ( programs and Settings).
I did lot of work there. Very difficult to start again.
Please help as how to get the work back.

I can create one or more "SO" in the first session. If I do a log off and I try again with another session, the DI Server is stopped.
I'm not using B1WS.

Hi Martin,
No, it's still allowed to use 3.x data staging technology in BW release 7.4.
However, the new 7.x data staging technology was introduced already 10 years ago. It has many advantages and is superior to the old 3.x data staging technology. I really advice to not use 3.x data staging technology anymore and to migrate any existing 3.x data staging technology on a short term. I expect that it won't be supported anymore in one of the next releases.

As you all have the problem. I would like to provide some hint.
In action column, you may see edit or delete or both buttons. It is hard coded to determine what button is displayed in
CL_BTDOCFLO_HDRDOCFLOW_CN00
GET_OCA_T_TABLE
I do not know why you can find the delete. Per my understand, the delete button is always displayed no matter the document is in edit or display mode.
You may debug this method to find out why. Please remeber to check the view with F2 because you may have your own enhancement.

Good question. It will not be possible for you see the effect of that check box until or unless you go a little deep.
The first thing is that you need to create a local connection:
Select a SAP BW OLE DB Provider. Provide the details as requested and finally select a SAP BW InfoCube from which you want to read data.
Once this connection is created, connect to it. Create a new report and it will take you to the report editor. At this point, that option is not selected and you see all dimension trees expanded.
On turning the option on, here is how the report editor will show up the dimensions:

Which version of HANA are you currently using?
As of SPS 08: there is only 1 xsengine on a HANA Scale out instance on the MASTER node by default
From SPS09 and above versions; xsengine is by default embedded into the Indexserver, but you can add a separate xsengine service and this will stop the embedded service to be stopped and disabled.
I am not involved with too many applications that use the xsengine so I cannot guide you much on how to handle the bottleneck for xsengine based apps

We have Office 365 and planning to use SharePoint Online to be able to view some of our BO 4.x reports. We only want to show (only read and not write back) our BO reports to the MS SharePoint Online, Holger.
The way I've understood IOMS, it's only for local MS SharePoint versions. And SharePoint Online is a different story. Kindly correct me if I am wrong, Holger.
Does that mean that we need PowerBI or Layer2 to just show our BO reports in SharePoint Online?

Yes, you shoud delimit the change if Payroll has already been executed "LIVE". There may be more than 2 ways to go about it, but here are 2 options:
1 - modify your schema by adding Functions IF, ELSE, and ENDIF. Function IF is then associated with a pcr that will query the Payroll Period. If the condition is met, then the next line in the schema will call rule Z013, but if not, it will call rule UO13.

2 - replace rule UO13 in your sub-schema by rule Z013, but modify Z013 so that the first operation used is CMPER YYPP (where YY is the last 2 digits of the year and PP is the Payroll Period where the change becomes active. How to prevent XSS script in input fields
Hi All,
I want to prevent my application from external XSS attack. Especially when user enters a name of the app and description, these are the input fields where there is a chance of cross site scripting ( XSS ) attack. I have tried function encodeURI(). But this is converting external scripting and displaying to the user. I want this to be handled within the code and what user enters should only be visible to the user.
Any help would be appreciated.

Re: PJL displaying on Crystal Printing for certain printers
Okay ... I started from scratch and only added the datasource as the datatable.
It still printed the PJL code.
I did find what it is, though. It is the ReportTitle. I commented out the line with the reporttitle and it printed properly. When I uncommented the reporttitle, that is when the PJL code printed instead of the report.

To rephrase what Avinash said:
- Roughly 10% of your tasks dropped off the run queue since they hit a "cache miss".
- Overall you cache hit statistics is pretty good. You will not be able to solve the 10% context switch due to cache miss by simply making the cache bigger. You will have to dig in to see which objects are missing from the cache and if you can identify the objects that are constantly missing you may find a way to amend this (say by using a named cache)
