Updating HR master file or Storing Value in the cube?
I am planning to upload the HR master file directly into BPC as Employee Dimension.
If the NO_DAYS need to be updated as entry as transnational Cube entry in Account FTE, then user has to do manual work or update account FTE/employee-wise using input schedule.
I have 7000 employees so planning to update in Employee master data as a property. And use this property later in calculation of FTE
Use the Employee Master data property NO_DAYS in *REC to calculate FTE is not possible as you have suggested earlier.
Hence i am checking is there any way, i can update the Account FTE with employee wise using script logic.

First do configuration as Mr.Sanil suggested, later when you make the outgoing payment, system will automatically calculate the discount as per payment terms and credit to the discount received account.

Hi Venkata,
A BAPI is like a skeleton. It will work according to the inputs that you provide. e.g. If you want to perform 503 mvt type. Then you give inputs to the BADI required for 503 (when you perform it in Tcode). After that if you want to perform 321 mvt type then you have to use same bapi but change the inputs according to 321K. The BAPI will not be executed for a particular fixed movement type. You can use same for every mvt type you want.

Possibility to send multiple messages in one call B1 object
Hi all!
I need to create in 1 scenario step (for rollback in case of error), multiple delivery notes and one invoice based on those delivery notes.
I know that it is possible to send multiple message in the B1out node when we define a B1 receiver to the scenario step.
Is it possible to use the b1im_multimsg node, in a call B1 object atom?

HI Prakhar/Experts,
Need your urgent help. As per the documents refered i understood the concept and i have configured CTS+for Portal systems(Let it be SPD->SPQ->SPR->SPP) in solman system(DSA).
In SPD i have given the WBO_GET_REQ_STRATEGY as tagged and in CTS application i can see the CTS option for export.But after creating transport request from CTS application through transport organizer and refresh in CTS application Transport is not visible in CTS application. So i cant move further.
2.Whenever i give WBO_GET_REQ_STRATEGY as SMART the CTS application is not visible for export.Only file system mode is available for export.
In both ways Iam in trouble now.Your help will be much appreciated in this case.

MAKT is distinct materials, but in MARC have plant data materials.
so, MARC having more records than MAKT. so, change the LOOP from MAKT to MARC.
OR
write LOOP-MAKT in LOOP-MARC and append data to FINAL table in MARC loop.

sap.ui.table.Table - Column Order - Set dynamically - Possible?
Hi, we have a page that is used by different type of people with different need for the column order in a table
We want to manage the column order in our app's master data and not depend on the hard coded order
I know this is possible in the "m" variant of the table - but as we have lots of pages with tables it's not a fist hand choice to change...
It is also provided by the alternative "UI6-table-control".
But why not in the standard one?
Seems like a basic functionality to us
Any hint here is most welcome

Maximum number of Dialog Work Process
Hello All,
We are amidst of a migration project where we are merging two ERP systems in to one.
As part of this merger, we need to increase the dialog work process accordingly, as the number of concurrent users will be higher. What I see is that the maximum number of dialog work process is limited to 100. Is there any option to increase it more than 100?
We are on ERP6 with EHP6 . My kernel version is 721 with patch 400.
I have gone through the following note 9942, where it states that I can increase my work process number upto 512 for my kernel release, but I am not sure exactly on how to achieve it.
I have no problems with the memory, CPU etc., as we have very high end server (superdome) where we have 70 CPU's and nearly 500 GB memory.
I want to know if there is a way to increase the dialog work process to more than 100?
Increasing the work process in the profile parameter at the OS level will help? from SAP, it's throwing error that maximum dialog work process is crossed.
I don't want to go for an extra application server due to hardware restriction.
Kindly guide me.

The issue is it is taking action type,reason,personal area,employee group and sub group.but when i am giving position it is getting loaded for a while and throwing the error.
when i am not giving the position in the IT 0 and saving it is taking and moving to IT01. there if i am giving the position then again it is getting loaded in IT01 for a while and throwing error.
I think the issue is near postilion it is not getting assigned to the person.I check the integration switch's,position status etc.all are maintained properly.but still it is throwing the error.

Chines Characters are not visible in the Attribute of Master data Info Object
Hi Experts,
We have a attribute Contact Name (KNVK.NAME1) attribute of 0CUSTOMER. We are able to load data from ECC to BW Data Source & in PSA we are able to see Chinese data. But when trying to load from PSA to Master data attribute, the Chinese characters are getting replaced with Space.
In the field routine of KNVK.NAME1 we are comparing the Text to the allowed characters in RSKC.
Please provide your inputs.

create statement selectively
I have a file to sql scenario
File sends data in mutple rows and it i have mapped to statement
i am doing update_insert in database table
I get around hundred rows in file and each row creates one statement in receiver jdbc
there is a date field with time stamp. in source and it is mapped to target side field
if the datefield is say 2015-05-21 08:00:00.000 then it should not be created
if there are 70 record and ten for which source date field is 2015-05-21 08:00:00.000 then that should not be created.
the date is not dynamic, it can change. i used substring to select the time only but it's not wrking
when the row is not mapped to statement, i am getting onnly one record in the receiver
