This is where its located under RZ20, now since it populates CCMS when you create the domain and join a system to the domain; you could create a custom metric and custom alert to use the new method of notifications with SolMan 7.1.

However, there is a type mismatch between i_subject and systemID variable as the error suggests.
You can try assigning the systemID to so_obj_des object type and then assign it to i_subject.

When you abort an upgrade process at early stage, best practise is to clean up the existing upgrade directory and start from scratch. This should resolve the issue.

There is difference in calculating debit and credit amount for purchase returns and this is standard system behavior.
Case 1:
If your purchase return based on Good receipt PO, there is no difference in amount, similar to GRPO.
For example, GRPO price 100, same 100 will be copied in return entries.
Case 2:
If your purchase return not based on GRPO, then system will consider item cost, not price in the purchase return document. There is no separate posting for variance amount.
For example, item cost 75, same 75 will be debited and credited.

Please check at cube level how your storing values. its AUD or Euro. its AUD then at bex level currency translation may be happening. check respective key figure properties how its defined, there will be option for currency conversion(source and target options).
You can use RSRT , choose debug, thru that also you may find where its causing.

First of all please check that the port 4241 and 4239 is used on that server. If yes. Please find that port and kill them.
To reset of SUM tool by following the procedure below:
1. Open a command prompt, change to the ../abap/bin directory (Windows: ..\abap\bin)
2. Enter the following command: .\SAPup.exe reset prepare
3. Rename the Upgrade directory
4. Kill all the SAPup processes at OS level, if any exists.
Apply SAP Note to Avoid Error During Reset
We recommend to apply SAP Note 1518145 before starting the Software Update Manager (if it is not yet in your system as part of the corresponding Support Package). This note prevents an error that can occur when you reset the update procedure during the Preprocessing roadmap step. Without this note, some tables that need to be deleted during the reset cannot be deleted.

I think we are on one of the latest SP... 07? for VC.
I am using eclipse netweaver developer studio.
I have this happening in a couple of scenarios. I have a search field that I cannot seem to get working. IT was working previously and i'm not sure why it no longer works. It is showing as read only at runtime however in design it is not.
A simple call to retrieve vendor list.
As you can see below it is set to be editable in layout.
Runtime however it is greyed out. This WAS editable.
I have tried to delete the data source and readd it. I've tried adding another input field but no luck. I then tried to replicate this simply in another model and it works fine.

a.) local WWI installation: do not prepare a "local" gen server installation; it should be a "simple" local installation (to maintain, enhance, develop etc. WWI layouts). During WWI set up you are asked for in which way you would like to install the WWI. Even if you succeeded to install WWI on your client as "gen server" this is the "wrong" approach. A gen server (in contrast to local WWI installation) must be up and running 24 hours 7 days a week in prod without any disturbance !
b.) your understanding is not correct (my own conclusion based on this observation is that the creation or update of the template should be made where WWI generation is configured.); WWI layout are developped locally and not on WWI gen server
c.) Based on my own conclusion, the update or creation or update of the template should also be made in windows server. => no; WWi layouts are devlopped locally and not on gen server
d.) i clearly assume that no ! end user will update templates (I do not know one end user how would be able to do so; this is a clear development step). And again: you are not correct. Local WWI installation is used for template development; gen servers are prepared to take care e.g. regarding SDS distribution, GLM printing etc. and must be up and running 24 hours 7 days a week; a local WWI installation is used only for WWi layout development and normally a very low number of persons in an IT company do really know what they are doing regarding WWI layout)
But you need on the top a "local" WWi installation for any end user. This is needed to execute "Create Report from template" by end user and it is needed in context of CG50/CG54 to support the end user. Starting with EnhPack 3 you have on the top the possibility to use additional WWI servers for "Report from template" and "CG50/Cg54" activities of end user. Here I have no experience. Up to now I haven'T had contact with one company using this approach.

PPS: may be I misinterpret your doubts but I have the feeling that you "misinterpret" the layouting topic a little bit; Layouts are developped locally; the result is passed back (via SAP GUI and local WWI installation) to SAP EHS (to be stored in SAP DMS); Therefore a layout is stored as document in SAP DMS (not on local WWI nor central WWI installation). Document type is (if I remember correct) SBV. The topic of SBV, SBR, SBE is handled in different threads and in one of my threads I refer to a very nice SAP online help picture (http://help.sap.com/erp2005_ehp_02/helpdata/en/db/9c07c414fb11d494b9080009b98822/frameset.htm); which you can use to understand what happens during layout template "editing", what happens on gen server and how are the data retrieved mixed and pushed back so SAP EHS to either generate a "SBR" or a "SBE".

Open the Admin perspective.
Go to the view "SAP HANA systems"
Press the tirangle on the right.
Choose menu "Customize View"
Choose Content
Deslect everything except Navigator and Catalog.
Do the problems still occur?
1) Yes. Turn on JDBC trace. System-> Properties->JDBC Trace. Please send the last (hanging) SQL statement
2) No. Enable step by step the other navigator contributors. If the problems occurs goto 1)
