Balance Absence Quota Carry Forward – Method 1
If the employee takes more leave than he is entitled for at the time of termination, you can go for manual calculation and making quota adjustment in IT2013. There is a automatic way also but it is a complex solution.

YR,
I will assume that you have a Planning strategy that is supposed to generate Sales Document requirements (Deliveries are actually Sales documents, even when they are deliveries against a Stock Transport Order).
First check your ECC config. Examine your delivery, VL03N. Find the Item Category of the Delivery item(s).
Now, find the requirements type assigned to this item category. This is typically found in OVZI.
Now that you have the requirements type, find the requirements class. OVZH.
Now that you have the requirements class, examine it. OVZG. You will want to see the setting for "Req. Transfer". If this is un-checked, the material will not appear in MD04. If you check it, then the next delivery you create should appear in MD04.
USUALLY, when the delivery appears in MD04, then it also appears in //RRP3 in APO.

FMS Query based on OHEM tables and how to assign in the system
Hi experts
i need the query for updating the data in a table using FMS..
If for eg :- (All the data are based on Ohem (Employee Master Table))...if i enter the employee code in a field ... corresponding the same employees other data should appear automatically,,, in the other tables,,, the table format is been upload in the mail,,,, pls give me the query individually and also guide how to assign those in the User Define - Values Set up .....

I beleive that REFX - service charge settlement process(Standard) will helps you where you can clear the service charges through a RE Contract based on the consumption of services ( Like gas / Electricity / water..Etc ).
Also In RE contract we have the provision to assign the Cost centre to track the expenses as well as you can assign different GL accounts to your conditions based on the expenses type based on your requirment.

Yes, That's my requirement. But we can't give report settings to user to select TYPE dimension members directly on the report. because i am using comment for user to enter then i want to change type dimension member in row axis based on user comment dynamically.

Due to this difficulty only, we use Measurement Transfer function, where we record readings on the SuperEquipment not on the tyre. These readings automatically flow to Tyres. As I said before the things explained in the referred document are applicable to you.
For the present situation you may have to link data by equating the date of Measurement (IMRG-IDATE) with the date of installation (EQUZ-DATAB), if not some better ideas are there.
