ZHP1 value is 113750.00 the disc. 10% is calculated & it should come to 11375. however the disc is coming to 12610.
ZHR1 is not calculated on on ZHP1 based on the pricing procedure screen shot, it is calculated on basis of 919 formula.
Please check the routine 919( what is the formula maintained) which is assigned to Caltype field in V/08 for ZHR1 condition type.
Don't know why you have assigned account key ERL for ZHR1 customer discount condition type in V/08, usually for discount we assign ERS.

Thank you so much for the prompt response... I tried using Tree UIBB and it worked. However, the personalization option in Tree UIBB output does not have option to save mutiple variants.
I need to display the Personalization view as shown below.... this has the 'Save As' button which allows the user to save the column settings as a variant. This is available in List UIBB but is hidden in the Tree UIBB. Is there anyway to enable this button?

Retail back end means you need the Retail industrie solution implemented in the ERP system. See the help text on the customizing entry "Basic Settings for Merchandise Distribution". It is controlled by there, EWM has only very special settings for quantity adjustements. OK, it also uses special document types - but the cross-docking decision is made in ERP.

The merge for all BW managed tables is via smart merge so the settings you see is right.
Coming to your pain point , in the latest HANA and BW release the PSA tables are Non Active means least preference will be given to table to reside in memory. Check the SAP Note 1767880 - Non-active data concept for BW on SAP HANA DB

i have checked it in my test system and it worked. Honestly i don't know what might have gone wrong in your system. Anyway..since you have come to a conclusion on training your users to do the change it will work perfectly. Besides that it is always good to engage users in SAP system rather than creating programs that will do the work behind the scenes for them...Good decision from your part...

Currently, &Agents_0001.Agents& is not populated with data coming from the event:
Event is managed by BBP_EV_API_EVENTS_SAVE function modul, and inside this FM by CL_BBP_EVENTS class.
Maybe you should open an OSS message.
