what ever u pass in smart form pass the same thing pass in fuction module Read_text and check u are getting data or not if u get data then due to tempalte height ( 5mm ) data may be not display .and if no data found in Function module check the inputs.

what was the problem in creating new Access sequence by taking your PRD/QA as reference???

only some add on hints/tipps etc.:
If you would like to maintain something you will in any case use the "F4" fialog to search for the correct phrase; buit if you are only interested in "content" the you should check the output variants es delivered by SAP. It is very commong (best practise) to have in CG02 on user level two session opened in SAP GUI. One for maintenance purposes and the other for search/output purpose.
Therefore: out put variant "EXCEL", "VALUATION", "SUB_OUTPUT" are quite helpful (and if I remember correct they show code and phrase tex).

You have freight value as pricing element in your purchase order but you are paying to freight cost to lorry driver during goods receipt or just after goods receipt of purchase order.
You have not mentioned that the freight value in purchase order is going to be invetorised or will be posted to separate G/L account as freight cost. Refer detailed settings freight condition type
Delivery cost is not getting inventorize
You can create freight vendor for lorry driver (XK01). Create Purchase order with assumed value in freight condition type and assign the freight vendor to freight condition type in your Purchase order(ME21N). After goods receipt for your purchase order, you can post MIRO for lorry driver (freight vendor) for that purchase order by selecting “Planned delivery cost” in t.code:MIRO for the actual amount and based on tolerance limit set for tolerance key, the invoice document will be blocked which can released(MRBR)later for payment by finance department.

as I can see SAPLPD is used for front-end printing here (and not server-based printing).
This means that Access Method F is used for front-end prining - which is the old and not supported method, because it has been replaced by Access Method G.
As SAPLPD was not developed for several years, it is possible that such problems might appear today.
As a solution please use Access Method G.

As to your performance issues, maybe you could create a new thread for those. Important things we would need to know is, what the symptoms are (high memory usage, out of memory exceptions, high cpu usage, network saturation, slow user interface...). If you witness high memory or CPU usage, how much RAM Do you have, what are your JVM parameters. What other applications are running in the NetWeaver instance?
How many process servers do you have, how many of them are platform process servers ?
Do you have triggers?

yes, the print data will be the same - the only difference is that in the case of binary spool requests transaction SP01 will not "translate" the data into print preview.
But in the case of PDF data you can print into a file on OS level (to check the result): if you create a file printer on OS level as SAP Note 576973 - "Creating a file printer on a Windows PC" shows, you can print the binary spool into a regular file.
