Issue has been resolved,issue is due to the last name is not maintained for the user in SU01 then user trying the assign to org through users_gen t code.

Account Assignment in Purchase Requistion/Order
Hi All,
Could you please help us where to configure error message if account assignment in purchase requisition or order does not align with the configuration of G/L field status group?
Scenario during PR/PO creation:
1. Account assignment is F(CC and IO required) and G/L field status group is CC required only - the system trigger an error message which is correct.
2. But if account assignment is K(CC required only) and G/L field status group is CC and IO required - the system does not trigger any error message.
Is there a way so PR/PO creation won't proceed if account assignment is incorrect vs G/L FSG?

Hi Santosh,
With the information given, it seems the default UoM mentioned in your planning area is PC. The error message "Conversion from WAF to PC not possible" in planning book appears when you do not have conversion factor maintained in the product master. By maintaining the UoM conversion in product master this gets resolved.

perhaps there is a way of doing this in code since you're using vs, but you'd need to post that question to the crystal reports for visual studio forum.

Report/ Tool to identify the users sync information in Syclo?
Hi Experts,
Is there any way to identify last sync time of the users/mobile devices. Is there any report/tool we can use to find this information?
When the users need to sync their devices for the changes -- I think after deploying the build to server the users needs to sync their devices then the updated definitions will be downloaded to the device.
Please provide some ideas.

SAP TM - Change in Search help in UI structure does not reflect in FPM screen
Hi Experts,
We have a FBI view in which we have added a search help to a UOM field by adding the standard search help /SCMTMS/SH_QUANTITY in the UI structure. The standard search help is showing in the UI. Now we want to add a filter in the search help by adding a constant value 'MASS' on the parameter DIMID (dimension) so that only the UOM's for weight are displayed. But this change is not reflecting on the FBI screen. Even if we remove the search help from the structure the change is not reflecting.
Can you please suggest if there is any way by which the FBI view can be refreshed so that it displays the recent UI search help addition.

Yes. Take a dump of all CC from your ECC system. Analyze the date i.e validity period and based on that create editions. Start with old period. Load the data in the edition. Release the edition and then create next for different period range.
Example - 100 CC valid from 1900 to 2012. - Edition 1
500 CC valid from 2012-2013 - Edition 2
next bunch valid from 2013 till 9999 - Edition 3 which is open....

How about you share your experience first and what you think it is has done? Do you think SCN reputation is just about points and badges or much more?
I've had been good experience with my reputation because of SCN. But it is not the points or badges that resulted in the recognition - although the points and badges were a side-effect of it.

You can use the troubleshooter to change the size category of failed conversion object to 'Large'. Once you set the size category to large, data selection for failed conversion object will run in background and you will not get time out error.

That was the reason I wrote to test this first on a sandbox system as 4.7 is out of support, taking any such step without doing in sandbox environment is not good. By investing some cost and time, you can save a lot for future.

As far as I am aware custom attributes for BPM is only possible with the UI5 inbox options - either BPM Inbox or Gateway Unified Inbox. The same feature was not provided for UWL and I have not heard of any plans to do so.
If you need custom attributes and columns for BPM then best current advice is to move to one of the UI5 inboxes. The Gateway Unified Inbox would be the closest to the UWL as it supports both workflow and BPM - but be aware that this is not an exact feature for feature match so you need to do your due diligence if you want to move across. In other words the Unified Inbox provides more features in some areas but does not support other scenarios that are part of UWL so you need to assess what features you actually require.

Can you check if there are any lock entries in tcode SM12 for the IDoc tables (EDID*)

如何解决在非英文OS下 DS4.x 安装中出现的不兼容问题
在国内安装DS4.x的时候，经常会遇到不兼容的问题。要么是DS无法安装，报告找不到CMS（明明CMS数据库能访问），要么就是安装完毕以后在 CMC主页上看到一串乱码而不是 Data Service的链接，点进去也无法执行。要解决这些问题，就需要按照以下步骤检查安装的内容：
1、特别注意IPS和DS的版本兼容性问题。这个可以参考附件的1的内容。 目前来看，IPS4.1 sp3的兼容性至少可以参照 IPS4.1sp2。
2、安装之前，最好把OS的语言改成英文。这个可以通过安装英文语言包来解决问题。
3、如果1和2都做好的话，正常来说应该是没有问题，能正确安装DS。如果出现乱码链接而不是Data Service链接的情况，可以参考 SAP Note 1615646.
Resolution
- Copy the attached file, MissingDataServicesFiles.zip, to the SAP Business
Objects Server machine. - Extract the contents to a temporary directory - this will create a
file called com.businessobjects.webpath.DSCmc_lang.en.jar and a directory called
webpath.DSCmc_lang.en - Copy the com.businessobjects.webpath.DSCmc_lang.en.jar file
